Legal Disclaimer & Intended Use

All products are not FDA-approved and are not classified as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Qualified Purchaser Agreement

The Buyer affirms that:

Buyer Assumes Full Responsibility

The Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the handling, use, storage, and disposal of products. The Buyer is responsible for:

• Implementing safety and hygiene protocols
• Warning others of potential hazards
• Preventing unauthorized access or misuse
• Ensuring lawful and appropriate use

The Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless 20 Aminos and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse.

No Instruction or Usage Guidance Provided

20 Aminos does not provide instructions, protocols, or guidance for dosing, reconstitution, preparation, or application of products. Any inquiries regarding human or animal use will not be answered.

Compliance with Laws

The Buyer must comply with all applicable laws, including:

• Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA)
• Controlled Substances Act (CSA), if applicable
• State, local, or international chemical safety regulations

Products may not be introduced into commerce in violation of applicable laws. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for regulatory compliance.

Monitoring & Enforcement Policy

20 Aminos reserves the right, at its discretion, to:

• Cancel or refuse orders if misuse or non-compliance is suspected
• Deny service to any individual or entity
• Cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities

Confirmed misuse may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

20 Aminos and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 20 Aminos from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse.

Sales Policy & Restrictions

• Cancel orders without prior notice
• Enforce policies to ensure compliance with laws and safety standards

The Buyer acknowledges that all sales are subject to these terms, and the company bears no liability for denied or cancelled orders.

Regulatory Status

Our products:

• Are not controlled substances under federal law
• Are not listed on the FDA drug registry
• Are not classified as dietary supplements

They are sold and labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10 as “Research Use Only” items, intended exclusively for laboratory research.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned or licensed by 20 Aminos. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
