At 20 Aminos, product integrity comes first. Because these are research-use materials, all sales are final. This policy explains the narrow exception for QC-confirmed quality issues, how to report one, and how approved claims are resolved.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive, research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final. A refund or replacement is available only where a documented quality issue is confirmed by our QC team, as described below. Opened, used, or unsealed items are not eligible for return.
Reporting a Quality Issue, Damage, or Incorrect Item
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, or you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@20aminos.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
Where our QC team confirms a quality issue:
- You will be notified by email regarding the status of your claim after inspection.
- Approved claims receive a replacement at no cost, or a refund to your original form of payment.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
- Shipping charges for expedited services are non-refundable, except where the issue is due to an error on our part.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the lot in question.
Ineligible Returns
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, tampered, or unsealed items.
- Change-of-mind or no-longer-needed requests.
- Claims reported outside the stated 48-hour window without prior arrangement.
- Items sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Final Notes
20 Aminos reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the criteria above, and to deny requests suspected of policy abuse or fraudulent activity. We maintain strict standards to protect product quality, legal compliance, and research integrity. By purchasing from 20 Aminos, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
