Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.

We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

For faster delivery, customers may select upgraded shipping methods at checkout:

Shipping speed is determined by your chosen service and destination. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.

Carrier Selection & PO Boxes

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please use a physical delivery address when selecting UPS or FedEx to avoid delays, returned shipments, or carrier delivery issues.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

20 Aminos is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Weather-related delays or force majeure events
  • Customs delays or international transit issues, if applicable

While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.
