Research use only / not for human consumption

20 Aminos products are for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products are not to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household items.

By accessing this website or purchasing from 20 Aminos, you agree that compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is your sole responsibility. No information provided should be considered medical advice. Please review our Terms of Service.

Product testing

20 Aminos verifies every batch of every product through accredited, independent third-party laboratories. Because each compound requires specialized analytical methods, we work with qualified laboratories and PhD-level experts in analytical and organic chemistry to develop appropriate testing protocols.

Methods may include HPLC purity analysis, ESI-MS identity confirmation, NMR, FTIR, LC-MS, and gravimetric content analysis. Testing focuses on purity, content, and identity. Lot-specific results are available in our COA library.

Product appearance variations

Natural variations in color, texture, odor, or biochemical properties may occur and do not indicate reduced quality or purity.

Peptide form

Peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form to enhance stability and extend shelf life during storage and transit.

Vial top colors

Product images may show standard vial top colors for consistency. Actual vial top colors may vary by lot.

Powder appearance

Lyophilized peptides typically form a solid cake. Movement during transit may cause the cake to crack or appear uneven. This is an aesthetic variation and does not affect quality, potency, or purity. Some peptides may appear larger due to buffering requirements, this is normal.

Storage instructions

General storage: keep products in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Best practice: refrigeration or freezing at −20 °C is recommended to maintain long-term stability. Lyophilized lots are stable at least 24 months from release date when held at the recommended temperature.

Extreme temperature exposure

All molecules degrade over time, but proper storage greatly slows this. Brief temperature excursions, short heat exposure, or less than 24 hours at room temperature for frozen products, typically do not cause measurable degradation when the product is returned to proper storage. Prolonged high temperatures can accelerate degradation, especially when combined with oxygen, moisture, or sunlight.

Shipping.

Hours, processing times, tracking, regions, delays, and damaged-item handling.

Shipping hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET.

Processing and shipping times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same day via FedEx 2-Day Express or UPS Ground, with estimated delivery in 2–3 business days. All timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, order volume, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may also log into your account to view tracking details under My Account → Orders.

Shipping regions

20 Aminos currently ships to the United States and all US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order modifications and cancellations

Due to our rapid shipping process, the window to modify or cancel an order is very limited. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order, incorrect address entries are considered user error and are not the responsibility of 20 Aminos.

Late or undelivered orders

Delivery delays: shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of late delivery.

Package marked as delivered: if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or reception areas. Contact the carrier’s local office for GPS delivery confirmation. If the carrier confirms correct delivery, please allow up to one week for the package to surface before contacting support@s20research.com.

Missing, damaged, or wrong items

All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • Missing items: contact us immediately for verification and resolution.
  • Damaged item on arrival: contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the package and the damaged item.
  • Wrong items: contact us immediately for verification and resolution.
Stolen, lost, or incorrect address
  • Stolen packages: 20 Aminos is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Lost packages / stuck in transit: 20 Aminos is not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Contact the carrier directly to locate your package.
  • Incorrect address: 20 Aminos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately.
Section 03

Account & orders.

Order statuses, history, returns, refunds, and our zero-tolerance policy.

Order status
  • Payment Pending: awaiting your payment.
  • On Hold: awaiting or verifying your payment. Submit a photo of your payment confirmation if needed.
  • Processing: payment confirmed; order is being prepared. Typically dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Completed: order has been dispatched. Tracking number sent via email.
  • Cancelled: payment could not be verified. Contact support with payment confirmation if you believe this is in error.
Order history

Order history is available for registered users at My Account → Orders. Guest orders become visible after creating an account using the same email used at checkout. For assistance, contact us with your billing details, full name, and email address.

Confirmation email

Order confirmation and shipping label emails may occasionally land in spam. Please check all inboxes, including your spam folder, before contacting support.

Lost password

To reset your password, visit My Account → Lost password. If the system does not recognize your email, you may have used a different address, entered the email incorrectly, or checked out as a guest without creating an account.

Return / refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible. Contact support@s20research.com to start a return. Customers pay return shipping unless the error is ours. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection. Full policy: Refund & Return Policy.

Zero-tolerance policy

20 Aminos enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for misuse or abuse of research materials. Any such activity will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent denial of services. Support is limited to inquiries about shipping, payments, and related matters. We do not assist with research-related tasks, as 20 Aminos is solely a supplier of research-chemical materials.

Buyer screening

20 Aminos supplies products exclusively for laboratory research purposes. To ensure regulatory compliance, we actively screen all orders. Individuals or entities suspected of intending to misuse our products will be permanently placed on a no-sell list with no exceptions.

Section 04

Payments.

Cards, ACH bank transfers, and checkout support.

Credit / debit cards

20 Aminos currently accepts credit and debit cards at checkout. If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us and we will provide a secure checkout link.

ACH bank transfer

We offer a 5% discount when paying via ACH bank transfer. Same-day transfers typically process within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Transfers initiated late on Friday usually do not clear until the following Monday. Orders will not ship until funds are received in our account.
