Company Legal Structure

20 Aminos (property of S20 Research, LLC) is a Georgia-based Limited Liability Company, registered and in good standing. Our business operates exclusively as a research-chemical supplier.

We are not a pharmacy, compounding facility, or health-product distributor, and we do not market products for human or veterinary use.

Intended Use of Products

All products sold by 20 Aminos are strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are:

• Not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Not intended for human or animal consumption or use
• Not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purposes
• Not to be compounded, repackaged, or resold as drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics

These restrictions are clearly disclosed on our Terms of Service, product labels, checkout disclaimers, and packaging inserts.

FDA Compliance, Research Use Only (RUO)

All products are labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) as Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for clinical investigations or diagnostic applications. RUO-specific labeling includes:

• “For Research Use Only”
• “Not for Human or Animal Use”
• No dosing, reconstitution, or administration instructions provided

20 Aminos’s RUO position is intended to prevent product misclassification, misuse, or interpretation as clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or consumer-use products.

Product Testing & Documentation

Every product undergoes testing via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry to confirm identity and purity.

• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for download on product listings
• Every shipment includes either a printed COA or a digital link to the relevant COA

Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment

• Products are shipped in tamper-evident, RUO-labeled packaging
• Packaging excludes medically symbolic or injection-related language
• COAs and RUO disclaimers are included with all shipments
• Shipments use generic, discreet exterior boxes
• Any included bacteriostatic water is labeled: “For Laboratory Research Use Only. Not for injection or clinical use.”

Communication & Customer Support Policy

20 Aminos does not provide guidance on dosing, preparation or reconstitution, injection or administration, or storage for consumption. Any inquiries regarding these topics are redirected to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Reporting

We actively monitor for product misuse and take appropriate measures, including:

• Cancelling suspicious or non-research orders
• Restricting or banning customers who violate our Terms
• Disclaiming responsibility for third-party content
• Cooperating with authorities if unlawful use is identified

All customers agree to indemnify 20 Aminos from misuse-related liability at checkout.

Regulatory & Financial Platform Cooperation

This page is designed to support payment processors (including Shopify, Square, and Stripe), shipping partners, regulatory authorities, and industry watchdogs. We maintain this page publicly to promote transparency and reduce the risk of product misclassification.
